I'm experiencing the same thing. The loan officer I'm working with isn't returning calls or emails. I'm not expecting anyone to spend hours on the phone or to write an in depth email but a brief acknowledgement that they have received the requested documents that I sent and that the loan is moving forward would be nice. I've experienced this lack of communication with the mortgage department and credit card department before and swore I would never do business here again but they quoted me the best rate. Sometimes it might be worth paying a little bit more to work with a professional organization. Things improved shortly after this review,kicking it up a couple stars.

Hello Everyone, Because of the low interest rates and their low closing costs, they are overloaded with loans. I would suggest all agents do not put 30 day close. Always ask the loan officer before making your own decision on closing. I am working with Kenneth Hughes, he told me from the beginning of my buyer's loan to put 45 days.
