Stay Vigilant Against Fraud

URGENT FRAUD ALERTPLEASE BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, OR TEXT MESSAGES ASKING YOU TO PROVIDE OR SHARE PERSONAL INFORMATION.

We've learned of fraudsters who are calling, emailing, and texting asking for info such as your account number, Online Banking user ID, one-time access code, email address, or other personally identifiable info in an attempt to access your accounts.

The fraudsters are even going so far as to make it look like they're calling from our toll-free, 800-388-3000 and local 702-457-1000 numbers. This is called "spoofing" a number and it can be confusing when it looks like it's a legitimate call from us.

THE MOST IMPORTANT THING to remember is that One Nevada will NEVER call and ask you to provide account, password, passcode, PIN, user ID, or other personal info to verify account or transaction info.

If you receive a call, email, or text message asking for this type of info, please do not provide it. Even If it looks like One Nevada is calling, it's always safer to call us at 800-388-3000 to verify.
