One Nevada Credit Union has been named to Training magazine's 2022 Training APEX Awards list recognizing the organizations that provide best-in-class employee training and development. One Nevada scored the highest they've ever scored this year, coming in at Number 28 and was one of only six credit unions to make this year's list.
Training magazine, the training industry's premier publication for learning and development professionals, annually selects the top 100 organizations that excel at employee training, development, and organizational success. The Top 100 ranking is determined by assessing a range of qualitative and quantitative factors, including financial investment in employee development, the scope of development programs, how closely such development efforts link to business goals and objectives, and their effectiveness in terms of business impact.
Training magazine recognized the 2022 Training APEX Awards winners with crystal awards and revealed their rankings during the Training APEX Awards Here Comes the Sun Gala held on February 28 during the Training 2022 Conference & Expo at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort in Orlando, FL.
