One Nevada Credit Union Celebrates New Branch with Ribbon Cutting

One Nevada Credit Union held their ribbon cutting ceremony April 19, 2017 and Grand Opening throughout the week (April 17-21) to celebrate their newest branch at 6241 N. Decatur Blvd. in Las Vegas, Nevada. The week was filled with fun festivities at the branch including a prize wheel with free giveaways, entries for a chance to grab up to $750 in their money machine and free shaved ice from Oso Ono. Plus, members who signed up for a One Checking Rewards account will receive $200.

The week concluded with a free community-wide shred event on Friday with donations supporting Help of Southern Nevada, Shannon West Homeless Youth Center. The credit union raised almost $200 in cash donations as well as many items from the center's needs list. In addition to the shred event, winners from the money machine drawing were invited back for a twenty second shot in the cash machine to grab as much money as possible. One Nevada invited Tim Mullin, Center Director USO Las Vegas to start the fun in the money machine grab. The credit union matched Tim's efforts and donated $1,500 to the USO Las Vegas. Winners included Ollie K., who grabbed $550, Jamie H. $120, Ronald P. $248, Mayli A. $460 and Keith W. $133.

"We are so excited to have our newest branch open and enjoyed a fun, successful week as we opened many new accounts and enjoyed the fun activites,"" said Mary Bishop, One Nevada Credit Union Branch Manager. "We appreciate everyone who stopped in to show support, and we look forward to serving members for many years at this new location.""
