New Digital Banking Features

Live Chat and ScreenAssist Member Service Options
Beginning Spring 2020

We'll significantly enhance the ways you can receive online assistance with our new Live Chat and ScreenAssist services. Live Chat will allow you to connect with a Member Service Representative in real-time via our Online and Mobile Banking applications as well as our website.

With our upcoming ScreenAssist service, if you need assistance with Online Banking or your account, A Member Service Representative, with your permission, can view your screen and guide you through the process.

Of course, you'll have to give them permission first before they can see your screen, and they will NOT have access to anything else on your computer. They'll only be able to see the exact screen you're looking at during the session. We'll introduce our Live Chat and ScreenAssist services across our various banking channels over the next year.

Integrated Digital Banking
Coming Summer 2020

You know how sometimes you try to do something on our Mobile Banking app and then realize you can only do it via a PC? We've got great news; that's changing in 2020!

Coming this summer, Online and Mobile Banking will begin merging into one integrated, Digital Banking app. We'll tackle this in stages throughout 2020, but the end result is that whether you're on a mobile phone, tablet, or PC, you'll eventually have all the same features and functionality available across all your devices.

The integrated platform will also offer you a more intuitive layout, larger text, and customizable themes so you can make your app your own. Watch your email in the coming months for sneak peeks, and don't worry, we'll be sure to let you know when it's available.
