We have big news – we’re updating our digital banking system!

Exciting digital banking changes are coming.

Below are some frequently asked questions members have had about the changes coming soon.

FAQs

Q. What does digital banking mean?
A. Digital banking means online and mobile banking applications you use from your computer or through the One Nevada mobile app on a mobile, tablet, or watch device.

Q. Where should I look for updates or details regarding this Digital Banking change?
A. In addition to the mail and emails sent, we’ll update this site with valuable information as it becomes available.

Q. Will my account number change?
A. No, your account number will remain the same.

Q. Will I need to know my current User ID and Password to access the new Digital Banking platform?
Yes, on your initial login, you will need to log in with your existing User ID and Password.

Q. Can I keep my same User ID?
A. Yes, you can keep the same User ID you use today to access your account in our new Digital Banking platform.

Q. What if I forgot my User ID?
A. Select User ID Recovery from the Login page, then use the Forgot User ID tab to retrieve it.

Q. Can I keep the same password?
A. As long as your existing password meets the requirements, you can enjoy using your current password. It must be at least eight characters and contain one lowercase letter and a minimum of one number.

Q. Will my initial login require two-factor authentication?
A. Yes, you will need to validate your identity with a Secure Access Code sent to the phone number on file. You will select either an SMS text message or a voice call.

Q. Will I be prompted for Device Registration when logging in from a desktop or mobile browser?
A. Yes, on your initial login and any subsequent logins from an unrecognized desktop or mobile browser (IP Address).

Q. When logging in from my mobile device, will I be prompted for Device Registration?
A. Yes, you will be prompted for Device Registration on your initial mobile login.

Q. Will I be required to accept the One Nevada Membership Agreement?
A. Yes, on your initial login, you will be required to accept the One Nevada Membership Agreement.

Q. Will I need to re-enroll Face ID on my Mobile App?
A. Yes, after your initial mobile app login, you must enroll for Face ID from the login page.

Q. Will I have access to my Bill Pay Payees?
A. Yes, great news for all of you Bill Pay fans, your existing payees and payment history will be available.
