Greetings, fellow Members!
Fall has arrived, and you know what that means. Pumpkin spice domination is everywhere. We don’t typically jump on every bandwagon that comes along, but we thought adding a scratch and sniff pumpkin spice feature to the One Nevada mobile app would be interesting. We’re still beta testing that little feature so in this issue of Focal Point, we decided to give you the next best thing . . . a full run-down of how technology has transformed and helped us spice up our lives.
From transportation to reading to TV watching and even banking, technology offers us more ways than ever to stay connected and save time, money and hassle. With today’s smart phones, you can access and manage your money from wherever you are.
We believe we offer one of the best mobile apps in the market today. In the last few months, we decided to test that belief. See page 5-6 for the results and explore all that you can do with the One Nevada mobile app.
On a sad note, in this issue we also honor the memory of Major General Billy G. McCoy, USAF, Ret., who passed away on August 23. Along with his distinguished military career, General McCoy also served on the One Nevada Board of Directors from 1994 until his passing. With heavy yet grateful hearts, we at One Nevada honor his sacrifice and service to our country, our community and our credit union.
Thanks so much for your continued membership!
