We've been working hard with ongoing efforts to provide the latest in service and digital delivery. Just this year we’ve already added the ability to access your credit score and monitor your credit for free. Simply log in to your account and click “Credit Score.”
Also, we added the capability to “turn off” your debit card to prevent misuse. When you're not using your card, use our app and turn it off, and when you want to perform a transaction, simply turn it back on. This feature is coming soon for credit cards.
We’ve also extended our contact center hours. We know that being able to contact us after hours and on weekends is important. We also know that when you call, you want to speak with us, not someone in a foreign country. Our Nevada-based contact center is now staffed Monday through Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 9:00 p.m. and Sundays 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
